Residencies are structured into two-month cycles.

Artists will retain 100% of the proceeds from sales at the residency level. Work space is provided for free. 

Artists are required to commit to a minimum of 2 days to be part of the Residency and a minimum of 4 days per week at the gallery to receive a permanent station at the Residnecy level .

 The gallery is open 7 days a week:  11 am to 10 pm.
 
Time To Be Happy gallery kindly asks that each artist in residence consider donating one artwork on day one of their residency. This art piece will be included in the gallery's collection. Participation in the residency is not contingent on this donation.  *The gallery may also offer the artwork for sale
